I co-designed the product structure and flows, then designed onboarding, content grids with live previews and the interactions, and built the component library and design system.
71% set a wallpaper in their first session and 57% opened premium content in it; around 3% converted to paid. Sessions averaged 4.2 minutes, and 30-day retention was 42%.
